The setup:
While transporting a large dragon horn (a prize from your previous mission) through a small forest town, you are confronted by the mayor who asks for your help ridding the town of the Goblin Mafia that’s terrorizing the farmers.
There’s a catch…
The last adventurer he hired went berserk and is both killing the goblins and any town citizens that they think are colluding with the mafia.

Below the town is a maze of tunnels used for smuggling, pit fights, and endless goblin barracks… The party can walk out in the open or through the sewers and air vents above
